Speaker Showcase - The Studio, Birmingham, March 2026


Hello, it’s Peter Thomas here- the event photographer and videographer- this is a private page, not accessible to the public.

Here is all the info you will need about getting your video footage and photos from the Speaker Showcase event

OPTION 1 - RAW FOOTAGE

  • All talks are filmed with 4-5 cameras, including one reverse angle/ audience camera

  • Sound was be taken from the AV desk- and in all edit options (2 and above), this will be cleaned.

  • Your raw footage will be delivered synchronised, so the clips match up in an editors timeline- however you will need to do any further post production yourself.

  • Bespoke editing packages are available on request

OPTION 2 - FULL LENGTH EDIT

  • Your full length presentation, edited from 4-5 angles

  • Slides will be included if needed, pauses/ interruptions/ coughs etc are taken out

  • Speakers often use this to show speaker bookers, as an example of an unedited talk (so they can see what they are getting)- or as a full length video from which they can extract sections (for social media/ showreels etc) themselves.

OPTION 3 - KEYNOTE TRAILER/ HIGHLIGHTS REEL

  • Once the full length edit is complete, this is a great way to get a quick showreel made- around 90 Seconds to 2 minutes, made from clips of your talk.

  • I can include other clips/ photos/ testimonials you have, to make a full speaker showreel- if this is of interest, please get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation, and I can quote from there. You can see the Speaker Showreel Page here

OPTION 4 - SOCIAL MEDIA SNIPPETS

  • Once the full length edit is complete, short sections can be taken out and used as social media videos.

  • I typically choose sections of your talk/ presentation that work as standalone sections, each with a key takeaway that you can discuss in the comments

  • Music is optional - I have a library of great licensed backing tracks from which I can choose something suitable

  • You have the option of choosing which sections are used if preferred

  • I usually provide at least 3 social media videos with this option

OPTION 5 - PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Typically 25-40 shots will be delivered ready to use online or in print

  • A variety of close, medium and wide shots were taken, from all angles available.

Option 1 - Raw Footage only (4-5 synchronized camera angles with sound taken from the sound desk) - £375 + VAT

Option 2 - Raw Footage + Full Length Edit (inc. slides) - £475 + VAT

Option 3 - Raw Footage + Full Length Edit + 2 minute Highlights Reel - £575 + VAT

Option 4 - Raw Footage, + Full Length Edit + 3 x Social Media Snippets - £575 + VAT

Option 5 - The Full Video Package - Raw Footage + Full Length Edit + 2 minute Highlights Reel + 3 x Social Media Snippets - £675 + VAT
